THE PLAN:

• France to Vietnam by bicycle: we will leave from Thibault's hometown (Vendée,France) to Nguyen's hometown (Sài Gòn, Vietnam)

• We will cross Europe from France to Bulgaria where we plan to cross the Black Sea by ferry boat to Georgia

• We will then go through Central Asia until one of our main milestone : Kyrgyzstan. Depending on our application for Chinese visa is successful...or not. We will have two options: ​​

OPTION A : If we get the visa to China (hurrayyyy!!), we will ride to Urumqi and then take the train to Chengdu (China). From there we will ride the Yunnan province and arrive in Hanoi, Vietnam's capital

OPTION b : If we cannot obtain the visa to China (sigh...), we will take a plane to New Delhi (India), cross Myanmar, Thailand, Laos to arrive in Hanoi

VIETNAM From NORTH TO SOUTH:from Hanoi, we will cycle all the way down to Sài Gòn (roughly 1,800km).
